PURPOSE: A method for processing a real-time chat using the Internet is provided to prevent a connection interruption due to the chatting server congestion by enabling a user to connect with partner in a direct P2P(Peer-to-Peer) to an IP(Internet Protocol) address without passing a server on the network. CONSTITUTION: The first and the second image display part(110,120) display the image data transmitted through a network line in real-time by a GUI(Graphic User Interface) method. Graphic equalizer display parts(130,131) display the strength of a voice signal by receiving the voice data received through the network line in real-time. An IP address input part(140) inputs the IP address of the partner. A text display part(150) displays a mutual chatting state. A video source button(170) sets up a video card. A video format button(180) selects a screen size and an image format.
