PURPOSE: An apparatus for producing a mushroom culture medium is provided which contains a mixer for smoothing the supply of oxygen and allows raw material containing cotton, rice hulls and organic nutrients to be used without pretreatment. Therefore, the apparatus improves heat efficiency and reduces operation costs. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus comprises: a screw(50)(50') rotatively installed in a groove and connected to a motor(30) by a rotating shaft(40); an air suction pipe(110) for sucking air in a mixer body(10) through an air suction hole(100) and then resupplying it; an air inlet pipe(150) installed with a heater(130) for heating outdoor air and supplying it; a mixer cover(160) for covering the mixer body; a spray nozzle(170) installed on a liquid supply pipe(180) to supply water to the mixer body; and an air discharge pipe(220) for discharging air in the mixer to the outside.
