摘要 PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a high density optical disk is provided to improve the rigidity of the disk, reduce or prevent vibration generated in high rotation, and reduce the thickness of the disk. CONSTITUTION: An optical disk is formed by bonding a high molecular resin sheet with a metal sheet(30) through an adhesive material(40). A punching unit(100) is formed of first punching blades(60) and a second punching blade(70). Each first punching blade is attached with a stamper(80) having a signal to be transferred, so that the first punching blades have a prominence shape. The second punching blade has a depression form at a lower part to be correspondent to the first punching blades. The high molecular resin sheet is arranged toward the first punching blade. The optical disk is punched into the predetermined size by compressing the punching unit.
