PURPOSE: A regulator for an air respirator is provided to alarm a user when the inner pressure of an air container for the air respirator lowers due to the user's breathing. CONSTITUTION: The regulator for an air respirator comprises: a plurality of air channels which flow compressed air supplied from an air container; a decompression valve(120) which decompresses the compressed air passed through the air channel; a decompressed air supplying channel(130) which supplies the decompressed air to a respiratory organ of a user; a shock wave generation unit(140) for generating a shock wave while opening or closing the top of the decompressed air supplying channel through a vertical movement by the user's breathing when the pressure of the compressed air supplied from the air container is below a predetermined pressure, and supplies the generated shock wave to the respiratory organ through a supplying hose connected to the decompressed air supplying channel; an opening unit of the compressed air supplying channel, which separates the shock wave generation unit from the top of the decompressed air supplying channel only when the pressure of the compressed air flowed through the air channels is above the predetermined pressure, to thereby supply the decompressed air through the decompressed air supplying channel.
