PURPOSE: A spindle head is provided to minimize the noise of a coupling ring when a driving shaft and a spindle rotate at high speed by mounting a noise preventing ring on the coupling ring connected to the driving shaft and spindle. CONSTITUTION: In a spindle head including a coupling ring having an upper flange(32) connecting a spindle to a driving shaft and having a diaphragm, a noise preventing ring(4) is mounted on the upper part of the upper flange. The noise preventing ring has a plurality of insertion holes(41) into which a nut head is inserted and a plurality of position holes(42) into which a bolt head is inserted, and prevents the noise of the bolt and the nut.
