PURPOSE: A method for processing a reception failure of a mobile communication system is provided to forcibly remove temporarily stored subscriber information, thereby preventing the reception unavailability. CONSTITUTION: If a call request of a terminal of which the current position is registered is transmitted to a base station controller through a base station A, the base station controller requests the call request to a second switching center connected to another terminal requesting a call connection through a first switching center(S31,S32). Subscriber information of the terminal executing the call process between the current processors is stored as temporary data(S33). A BMP(BSC Main Processor) confirms whether the currently being processed call is terminated(S34). If so, the BMP removes the temporary data storing the corresponding subscriber information requesting the call termination(S35). The BMP checks whether the temporary data which was not removed exists after a predetermined time passes(S36). The BMP confirms whether the temporary data exists, equal to the subscriber information before the predetermined time passed(S37). If so, the temporary data is classified and stored(S38). After a predetermined time passes, it is judged whether the temporary data exists, including the classified and stored subscriber information(S39). If so, an error item of the temporary data is notified to an operator(S40). The BMP forcibly removes bad temporary data and terminates a loop(S41).
