MANUFACTURE OF WATERPROOF CONCRETE

摘要

PURPOSE: Provided is a manufacturing method of concrete excellent in waterproofness, durability, and compression and tensile strength by adding liquid epoxy to conventional concrete materials. CONSTITUTION: The waterproof concrete with a dense structure is manufactured by the following steps of: mixing raw materials of concrete, cement, sand and gravel, in a ratio of 1:2:2; adding an effective amount of water according to products; adding 0.5-10wt.%(based on the amount of water) of epoxy; hardening at 60-80deg.C, resulting in homogeneous spreading of epoxy between aggregates.
