MANUFACTURING METHOD OF POLYTRIMETHYLENE TEREPHTHALATE BULKY CONTINUOUS FILAMENT HAVING FIRE RETARDANCY

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of polytrimethylene terephthalate bulky continuous filament having fire retardancy and excellent fastness is characterized by containing a phosphoric flame retardant and using a blending spinning method. The polytrimethylene terephthalate bulky continuous filament is useful for a carpet and a car mat. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method thereof is characterized by: using polytrimethylene terephthalate as main polymer; adding 5-20wt.% of master batch of the phosphoric flame retardant(a formula 1) through a first side supplying device; using PTT or PET as a carrier; adding 2-5wt.% of dope dyed master batch through a second side supplying device; and then blending-spinning the polymer. In the formula 1, R1 and R2 are radicals containing each hydrogen or C2-C4 of ¥ø-hydroxyl; and n is an integer of 1-5.
