PURPOSE: A base shell structure for an ABS(Anti-lock Brake System) of a vehicle is provided to prevent oil from leaking by welding the base shell to a packing cap with lap joint correspondingly and reduce manufacturing cost by deleting a packing ring and a lock ring. CONSTITUTION: A base shell structure for an ABS(Anti-lock Brake System) of a vehicle comprises a base shell(10); a packing cap(30); a guide rod(12); a piston rod(14); a tube(16) and an oil seal(24). The packing cap is welded to an upper end of the base shell as a lap joint. The guide rod is fixed to an inner surface of a lower end of the packing cap. The piston rod penetrates a middle portion of the guide rod to be reciprocated. The tube is inserted to a lower rib(12a) protruded around a lower surface of the guide rod to insert the piston rod inside. The oil seal is fixed to an inner peripheral surface of an upper end of the packing cap to contact an outer peripheral surface of the piston rod. Thereby, oil is not leaked by sealing a gap between the base shell and the packing cap.
