<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system capable of the wide use of an industrial waste treatment device (treatment device) by users. <P>SOLUTION: A rental company 2 rents the treatment device 11 as a rental object. The user 1 counts the raw material input to the treatment device 11 and reports it from a terminal 12 to the server 21 of the rental company 2 through a network 3. The rental company integrates the count value in the server 21, purchase the treated matter generated in the user 1, and inputs the purchased treated matter quantity to the server 21. The rental company 2 calculates the fare according to (count value)-(purchased treated matter quantity) and claims it to the terminal 12 through the server 21.
