PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor attraction mechanism in which stabilized rotation of a rotor can be realized while eliminating loss due to effect on the rotor magnet flux and suppressing generation of electromagnetic vibration or electromagnetic noise. SOLUTION: A blade-like protrusion part 13 having such a wind receiving plane 13a as the front side in the rotational direction is located low and the rear side in the rotational direction is located high is provided so that a downward force is applied to a part of a rotor 10 by the wind pressure during rotation.
