PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a speaker grill that has a sound quality characteristic respectively in response to the operating environment of a device having a speaker e.g. a surrounding noise in an airport, a train, an automobile, a road, a work site, an office or the like and enhances the maintainability. SOLUTION: The speaker grill 2 mounted with the speaker 1 is configured as a unit removably replaced from the outside of a grill main body, and a plurality of kinds of the speaker grills and the shapes of the speaker or the like can be replaced.
