PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an in-vehicle video transfer system based on a method for fast converting a curved-surface image into a plane image. SOLUTION: This in-vehicle video transfer system is provided with a CCD device 4, a means 5 for transmitting video imaged by the CCD device 4, and a computer system 7 installed in an ASP (active server pages) 10 for receiving video information transmitted by the transmitting means 5 to convert the video information into a plane image. The CCD device 4 is provided with a fish-eye lens that freely fetches a curved-surface image of a wide viewing angle, a PAL (Panoramic Annular Lens) projector or the like. The transmitting means 5 freely transmits the curved-surface image to the computer system 7 through the Internet 9.
