PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an E-mail transfer device capable of canceling transfer of a predetermined received mail to its destination through a method easy for a user as the recipient when transmitting the E-mail received by the transfer device to the recipient of the E-mail. SOLUTION: In a mail server 1 as the E-mail transfer device, a keyword generation portion 34 obtains a key from a received mail returned from a recipient of the receive mail, the obtained key is stored in a keyword list storage 22, and a keyword comparison unit 32 and a mail deletion decision unit 33 cancel transfer of a receive mail to the destination if relation of the receive mail and the key in the keyword list storage 22 fulfills a predetermined condition.
