PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an output buffer circuit in which the fluctuation of a cross point or slew rate can be sufficiently compensated against the fluctuation of a surrounding environment while the circuit is packaged in a system. SOLUTION: A main driver part is provided with first pMOS and nMOS transistors for driving a load and second pMOS and nMOS transistors for driving the load together with the first pMOS and nMOS transistors and a pre-driver part is equipped with third pMOS and nMOS transistors for driving the first pMOS transistor, fourth pMOS and nMOS transistors for driving the first nMOS transistor, a fifth nMOS transistors for driving the first pMOS transistor together with the third nMOS transistor, and a fifth pMOS transistor for driving the first nMOS transistor together with the fourth pMOS transistor.
