PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector fitting structure absorbing the mutual positional deviation of connectors over a wide range. SOLUTION: A female connector 10 at receiving side is mounted on a body panel 1 of a vehicle, and a male connector 20 at fitting side is mounted on an interior panel 5. A supporting plate 35 to which, a loose hole 36 is formed, is mounted on the interior panel 5 in a floating state. A short leg body 31 is protrusively mounted on a contact plate 30 located at the bottom end of the male connector 20 and inserted into the loose hole 36 with a clearance, and a slip-off prevention plate 32 at the top end part of the leg body 31 is locked to the peripheral part of the loose hole 36 to prevent the leg part from slipping off. A guide hood part 50, whose inside has tapered surfaces 52, 54, is arranged on the lower surface of the holder 11 of the female connector 10. In the case that the axis of male connector 20 is deviated from that of the female connector 10 or the rotational attitude is deviated when stretching the interior panel 5 to the body panel 1 of a vehicle, the leg body 31 is guided by the hood part 50 to adjust the centering and to correct the rotation attitude while moving through the inside of the loose hole 36 of the supporting panel 35.
