PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a vacuum valve not generating crack and inside exfoliation caused by residual stress due to resin casting or thermal stress caused by temperature change, and not generating partial discharge when high voltage is impressed. SOLUTION: The vacuum valve comprising fixed electrode 6, a movable electrode 7, an insulation cylinder 2, a fixed electrode side end plate 3, and a movable electrode side end plate 4 is resin-molded by using resin casting material like epoxy resin. The above structure is made so as not to generate partial discharge even when crack and inside exfoliation caused by residual stress and temperature change are generated by reducing the electric field at the end plate parts where the residual stress and the thermal stress are concentrated, by forming the ring-shaped electrodes 12, 13 to the outside of the end plates 3, 4.
