PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive tape winding device which can spirally wind a film-shaped conductive tape around the periphery of a running piezoelectric cable with a stable tensile force. SOLUTION: The device is provided with a shaft part 6 equipped with a through-hole 5 for letting a piezoelectric cable 3 through, a lower table 8 on which a reel 7 with a conductive tape wound around is set, an upper table 9 fitted to the shaft part 6 in free detachment, and a torque unit 20 set on the upper table 9 for controlling tensile force of the conductive tape 4. With the above structure, the conductive tape 4 can be wound up in a spiral shape around the piezoelectric cable 3 stably with a constant tensile force. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
