摘要 PURPOSE: A method for preparing a thermoplastic resin is provided, to obtain a thermoplastic resin having high rigidity, an average molecular weight of 230,000-300,000 and the degree of yellowing of 1.0 or less. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of continuous bulk polymerizing monomers in a first reactor under the condition of F = F1 + F2, 5.6 <= F1/F2 <= 6.6 and 1.8 <=V1/V1' <= 2.1, wherein F(1) is the total flux of styrene injected into first and second reactors, F1(2) is the total flux of styrene injected into a first reactor, F2(3) is the total flux of styrene injected into a second reactor, V1(4) is the internal volume of a first reactor, and V1'(5) is the internal volume occupied by the reaction solution in a first reactor; continuously adding 0.3-1.2 wt% of a hydrocarbon compound based on the final pellet, and continuous bulk polymerizing them in a second reactor under the condition of 2.2 <= V2/V2' <= 3.3, and F = F1 + F2, wherein V2(6) is the internal volume of a second reactor, and V2'(7) is the internal volume occupied by the reaction solution in a second reactor; and separating the unreacted monomers from the obtained polymer and cutting the polymer into a shape of pellet.
