PURPOSE: Provided is a PbO-ZrO2-CaO-TiO2 system dielectric ceramic composition with high dielectric constant(more than 100) for microwave products of small size and light weight such as filters, duplexer and resonators. CONSTITUTION: The microwave dielectric ceramic composition is represented by the formula, (1-y)(Pb1-xCaxZr0.9Ti0.1)O3 + ySrZrO3 (0.3<=x<=0.4, 0.3<=y<=0.4). The composition is obtained by the following step: preparing PbZrO3-CaTiO3 composition; adding SrCO3, ZrO2 in a ratio corresponding to the formula, and CeO2 in a mole fraction of 0.003-0.005 for lowering sintering temperature and improving quality factor; ball-milling, drying, and sintering at 1300-1400deg.C.
