PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently control a landing change of an electron beam, improve the parallelism of scanning lines and obtain high image quality by partitioning an eddy current generated in an IMS. SOLUTION: An inner magnetism shield 12, formed into a shape of a truncated quadrangular pyramid facing longer side sidewalls and facing shorter side sidewalls, and having an opening part in the center, shields the electron beam of a cathode-ray tube from magnetism, and has slits 16 in the sidewalls on the side of an electron beam incidence opening.
