PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tray guide structure of an optical disk drive, which guides the reciprocation of a tray installed to be taken in and out in a housing constituted of lower and upper cases. SOLUTION: The tray guide structure is provided with a guide rail installed to slide in each of both sides of an lower case, a guide rail supporting means for supporting the guide rail to prevent its separation from is reciprocation path, a rail connection part formed in each of both sides of the tray to be connected slidably to the guide rail, a limiting means of a forward movement distance for preventing the separation of the tray from the housing, and vertical and horizontal binding means for preventing the vertical and horizontal movements of the tray in the state of being inserted into the housing. The guide rail includes a rail having a shape for housing the rail connection part and brought into contact slidably with the rail connection part, and a rail cover fixed and connected to the outside of the rail to be brought into contact slidably with the lower case.
