PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for simplifying rearrangement of electronic mail information and reducing the reception size of electronic mail. SOLUTION: The subject system is provided with an electronic mail receiving part for receiving the electronic mail; a sorting category storage means for storing a category of sorting the received electronic mail, which is a predetermined sorting category; a decision criteria storage means for storing decision criteria in order to sort every category; and a mail sorting processing part for sorting the electronic mail received by the electronic mail receiving part, which is associated with the sorting category storage means and decision criteria storage means, every category in accordance with the decision criteria.
