PURPOSE: A tantalum condenser structure is provided to be capable of minimizing an impact due to a leakage current and an electrode welding when an unstable product is burst. CONSTITUTION: A manganese dioxide layer(4), a carbon coating layer(5) and a silver paste coating layer(6) are coated on a tantalum device(2), and a tantalum line(1) is inserted in the tantalum device. Positive and negative lead frames(7,8) are connected to the tantalum line. The tantalum line is grounded to the positive lead frame, and the tantalum device is grounded to the negative lead frame. An elastic spring(20) is installed at each of the positive and negative lead frames and acts as a latch role so that the tantalum line and the device are grounded. |
