PURPOSE: A portable slippage prevention band is provided to be easily attached to or detached from the outsole of a shoe, for example, in cases of snowy road and other slippery roads, and to improve its portability. CONSTITUTION: The portable slippage prevention band consists of a frame(1) made of thin material having good elasticity, wear-resistance and flexibility, an inner slippage prevention member(2') for preventing the slippage of the outsole of a shoe, and a road surface contacting member(2). The inner slippage prevention member is positioned at the middle portion of the frame, and has a plurality of slippage prevention bosses and a support pad for the bosses. The bosses are made of materials having a large particle size and a high hardness.
