<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-emitting diode lamp in which the directivity of light is excellent, the ejection efficiency of light is excellent and it is easy to enlarge a size. <P>SOLUTION: There are provided a support 5 having a reflection surface 5a of a concave mirror form, a light-emitting diode chip 1 provided in an almost central part of the reflection surface 5a, a disk-like reflection plate 7 facing the light-emitting diode chip 1, and a coat 6 formed by filling and curing an epoxy resin inside the reflection surface 5a. Lights emitted from the light- emitting diode chip 1 are reflected by the reflection plate 7 or a light exit surface 6a of the coat 6, and are reflected again by the reflection surface 5a to exit from the light exit surface 6a. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
