<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an authentication homepage server, customer information server and authentication server for mail order system in which a shopping mall operator cannot feed the personal information of a commodity purchase applicant, in a mail order through a data communication network represented by the Internet, and the shopping mall operator is never damaged even if a purchaser triers to order a commodity by use of a false name or address. <P>SOLUTION: This authentication homepage server receives an authentication request including the IP address of the user terminal of the user who desires to purchase a commodity, the purchase desired commodity information, and shopping mall server information from a shopping mall server, transmits the personal information request of the user to the user terminal on the basis of the received authentication request, and authenticates the personal information received from the user terminal by a prescribed authentication means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
