PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a manual reproduction inhibiting operation for a recording data track, when a recording error is generated in the recording, in a conventional optical disk recording apparatus. SOLUTION: A track misalignment is detected, when data are recorded on an optical disk. Further, when absolute time information reproduced from a CD-R is discontinuous, it is determined that a recording error has generated, and the recording of the recording data is stopped. Information for inhibiting the reproduction of the track, in which the recording error is generated is recorded in a PMA (program memory area) region of the CD-R. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
