PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide related information based on the content of a conversation being presently carried out without having a speaker being aware of it. SOLUTION: The information of the conversation by the speaker is acquired by conversation inputting means 2 and 9 installed in the place where the conversation is taking place, important words are extracted by important word extracting parts 3 and 10 from the acquired information of the conversation, related information relating to the conversation is acquired from related information data base 6 and 13 by related information acquiring parts 5 and 12 using the extracted important words and outputted to related information providing means 7 and 14 installed in the place of conversation. When the device is being operated, the speaker can obtain information related to his own speech or to the speech of the conversing partner instantly even in a remote place without being aware of it.
