PURPOSE: A locking device of a winding bobbin is provided to prevent accidents by automating the locking and the unlocking operations of the winding bobbin. CONSTITUTION: An operating lever(3) to be operated by a driving cylinder(2) is rotated around a hinge shaft(4). The operating lever operates a rotating lever(7) to be supported by a spring(6) through an interlocking cam(5). The rotating lever compresses a locking portion(9) having a pad to operate a locking operation in a bobbin plate(8). Thereby, a winding bobbin winding a rubber seat is locked and unlocked automatically.
