PURPOSE: A secondary battery mounted system is provided to be capable of efficiently using a secondary battery with a low power circuit by controlling a clock generator in the system. CONSTITUTION: A hybrid circuit part(23) confirms whether a main power is applied from a main power supply part(21) and outputs a main power signal based on a result. A function circuit part(26) generates an operation complete signal for reporting that a process operation for an input signal is completed. A clock generation control part(24) generates a clock control signal based on the main power signal, the operation complete signal and a variation of the input signal. A clock generating part(25) generates a clock signal in response to the clock control signal and supplies the clock signal to the function circuit part.
