PURPOSE: An implant for artificial teeth with a buffer member is provided to prevent the damage of alveolar bones by buffering a cross pressure generated upon chewing foods. CONSTITUTION: The implant(500) comprises: a main body(510) which has a spiral formed on the surface, a plurality of stationary grooves(512) formed on the top part and an insert groove(511) formed inside; a buffer member(520) which is inserted into the insert groove with some portions projected upward; a rotation preventing member(530) which is fixed inside the insert groove, being inserted into the buffer member; a stationary member(540) which prevents the buffer member from escaping and has a penetration groove corresponding to the stationary groove formed on the top part; a stationary pin(550) which prevents the stationary member from escaping from the top part of the main body upon rotated; and a support bar(560) which is fixed to the rotation preventing member and fixes artificial teeth with some portions projected upward.
