PURPOSE: A device for performing IPC(Inter Process Communication) under a distributed process environment is provided to process received wireless traffic data and control data by an interrupt method, and to transmit the data within suggested time through a buffer, thereby easily transceiving the data. CONSTITUTION: An IPC module(200) receives wireless traffic data and control data received from a lower device driver(100) by an interrupt method to process the data, and transmits the processed data within time suggested according to transmission order. An IPC API(Application Program Interface)(300) interfaces the transmitted data, transmits the interfaced data to an application module(400), and interfaces transmission data of the application module(400), then transmits the data to the IPC module(200).
