<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily sort a draft and a check in a pocket of a sorter in response to amalgamation of a financial institution and integration - abolition of a branch office. <P>SOLUTION: An MI CR reader sorter 50 reads an MI CR character of the draft and the check as data, and a draft control processing part 61 of a draft control server 60 successively stores the data in a reading file 63 as pre-transfer data. The draft control processing part 61 converts the data in the reading file 63 according to the content of account transfer information 64, and groups the data by imparting a sorting number, stores the group in a post-transfer file 65 as post-transfer data, and stores the content of the post-transfer file 65 in a retrieving file 66 in rising order of the pre-transfer data. Next, the draft and the check are reclassified into the pocket 53 on the basis of the sorting number of the data of the retrieving file 66 by the MI CR reader sorter 50, and are repeatedly classified, and sorting is completed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
