PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of thin nonreciprocal circuit elements incorporating capacitors. SOLUTION: In the manufacturing method for nonreciprocal circuit elements, the ferrite material 1 is composed of sintered blocks of laminated thin ferrite sheets 2 and has flexibility in its shape making it easy to manufacture. Since the dielectric is made up by laminating insulation films on the ferrite material 1 and can be formed thin, it is possible to obtain a thin nonreciprocal circuit elements.
