PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a network facsimile machine which more certainly executes the own local terminal registration to a gate keeper in an environment with a network based on the ITU-T Recommendation H. 323. SOLUTION: The network facsimile having data communication means based on the ITU-T Recommendation H. 323 and the ITU-T Recommendation T. 38 comprises an own terminal registration procedure executing means (RAS executor 114) which previously stores a packet time-to-live (TTL) presented by the gate keeper in a memory means, executes the own terminal registration procedure by transferring RAS messages to/from the gate keeper, and automatically executes the own terminal registration procedure at least once again before the TTL expires.
