PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of thin nonreciprocal circuit elements incorporating capacitors. SOLUTION: Since the nonreciprocal circuit elements have flat sheets of ferrite material 1 and a plurality of dielectrics 10a, 10b, 10c consisting of insulators and laminated on this ferrite material 1, and a first, second and third center conductors sandwiching these dielectrics and formed on different upper and lower surfaces partly crossing in the up and down direction, it is possible to provide nonreciprocal circuit elements thin in the up and down direction.
