PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a light emitting tube having uniform thickness of molded body with high dimensional accuracy. SOLUTION: A core wire 3 is arranged along a center axes of a core 6 in a core forming metal molds 1, 2. Wax 4 is poured into the core forming metal molds 1, 2. The wax 4 is solidified and taken out from the core forming metal molds 1, 2, and the core 6 composed of the wax 4 and the core wire 3 is formed. The core 6 is arranged inside a light emitting tube forming molds 7 made of gypsum. Slurry 9 is poured into a gap 10 formed between the core 6 and the light emitting tube forming molds 7, and an integrated body composed of the core 6 and a molding 11 is taken out from the light emitting tube forming molds 7. The light emitting tube molding is obtained by pulling out the core wire 3 and melting and washing away the wax 4. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
