PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a complex conductor with an indole derivative trimer exerting a high conductivity and a conductive adjutant as essential ingredients. SOLUTION: A process is involved in which an indole derivative trimer (A), at least one kind of conductive adjutant (B), and at least one kind of binder (C) as needed are mixed in a solvent (D) in which solubility of the indole derivative trimer (A) at 20°C with a solubility of 0 to 3 weight percent.
