PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk carrier device capable of carrying out smooth operation by suppressing bending deformation or inclination generated by a spring. SOLUTION: The device is provided with a fixed side substrate 2 having a guide hole 2a, a rack member 4 having a spring locking part 4b for locking an end of a spring 5 and a guide hole 4a, and a rack member 3 having a spring locking part 3d for locking the other end of the spring 5, guide pins 3a, 3b inserted through the guide hole 4a of the rack member 4 and the guide hole 2a of the fixed side substrate 2 to engage the fixed side substrate 2, and an engaging part 3c to engage the guide hole 4a of the rack member 4.
