PURPOSE: A touch panel integrated liquid crystal panel is provided to easily perform a repair process. CONSTITUTION: A liquid crystal panel(31) displays an image by driving a liquid crystal. A polarizing plate(4) is formed on the upper part of the liquid crystal panel. A touch panel(32) has a tag for exfoliating to be extended from the one side of the polarizing plate to the outside. The touch panel contains an upper plate(32a) having a transparent conductive plate on an upper substrate, a lower plate(32b) having a transparent conductive plate on a lower substrate and a spacer between the upper plate and the lower plate. The tag for exfoliating is formed by a PET(Polyethylene Terephthalate). The liquid crystal panel comprises the upper substrate to be stuck to the polarizing plate, the lower substrate to be opposed to the upper substrate, many electrodes on the substrates, and an orientating film on the electrodes and a liquid crystal on the orientating film. Thereby, the damage of the polarizing plate is prevented by easily separating the touch panel from the polarizing plate at a repair process of the touch panel.
