METHOD FOR SEPARATING RADIATION PLATE FROM PLASMA DISPLAY PANEL AND APPARATUS FOR THE SAME

PURPOSE: A method for separating a radiation plate from a plasma display panel and an apparatus for the same are provided to obtain the economical benefit and protect the environment by separating automatically a radiation plate from a coupling module decided as badness. CONSTITUTION: A coupling module decided as badness is loaded. The viscosity of a both-sided tape(63) between a panel(60) and a radiation plate(62) is weakened by performing a rapid heating process using a heating source. The panel is absorbed by the vacuum and the radiation plate is separated from the panel if the temperature of the radiation plate approaches the reference temperature. A collecting process is performed to collect the separated radiation plate. A halogen lamp(51) is used as the heating source. The reference temperature is 300 degrees centigrade. The radiation plate is separated from the panel by elevating the temperature of the radiation plate according to a proportion of 6 deg.C/min.
