PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a heat pipe is provided to reduce time for manufacturing the heat pipe. CONSTITUTION: A method comprises the steps of: a step(S100) installing a wick in a container made of copper before injecting heat medium such as water with relatively high freezing point; a step(S200) injecting the heat medium into the container through an opening inlet with a micro pipette; a step(S300) freezing the heat medium in the container by a freezing unit including a peltier element and a heat transfer block made of copper and installed near a heat absorbing part of the peltier element; a step(S400) connecting the opening end of the container with a vacuum unit comprising a vacuum pump and a vacuum hose, through a fill tube, and taking out air in the container to make an inside of the container vacuous; and a step(S500) fixing the fill tube connected with the end of the container by a vice, pressing the fill tube, and cutting away the end of the pressed part to seal. Outflow of the heat medium together with air during suction of the vacuum pump is prevented as the heat medium is frozen.
