<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a personnel change support system and a method capable of efficiently executing all examination work without causing double arrangement and omission in arrangement. <P>SOLUTION: This personnel change support method determines new establishment or abolishment of a post, specifies the post being an object of making a change plan, extracts a change object person, allocates the change object person to the post being the object of making the change plan, controls so that the change object person is arranged by only one person for a seat corresponding to the post being a change object, and selects whether or not to make the change plan when personal information on the seat coincides before a change and after the change by comparing the personal information before the change and after the change on the seat corresponding to the post selected as the change object, and to make the change plan to the seat according to whether or not the personal information on the seat before the change and after the change is vacant information when the personal information on the seat is different before the change and after the change. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
