PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To satisfactorily perform communication by utilizing a system in which a signal of a television broadcast signal, etc., is transmitted. SOLUTION: A signal distributing device 10 is provided between one ends of a plurality of coaxial cables 14 through which a television signal with different frequency bands and a communication signal are transmitted. A plurality of terminal devices 16 are interposed in each coaxial cable 14. The signal distributing device 10 has a four-distributor 12 for supplying the television signal to the coaxial cables 14, a resistance matching device 24 for a communication signal, and bandpass filters 28 for making only the communication signal pass through the resistance matching device 24. The terminal device 16 has a one- branching device 16 for a television signal, a resistance matching device 34 disposed parallelly to the one-branching device 16, and a band-pass filter provided in the one-branching device and the resistance matching device.
