PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery in which a rib 6 is provided to a bottom surface 2a of an outer case body 2 so as to partially support a power generation element 1b via a laminated sheet so that no power generation element 1b moves due to a drop, etc., to disconnect a lead 1c. SOLUTION: The power generation element 1b is housed in a laminate case 1a which is a bag of laminated sheet. A battery cell 1, where the lead 1c connected to an electrode of the power generation element 1b is protruded from the inside of the laminate case 1a to the outside via the fusion-bonded part of the laminated sheet, is housed in an outer case 2 and an outer cover 3. The rib 6, which pressurizes the laminated sheet between the fusion-bonded part and the power generation element 1b toward the inside of the battery cell 1, is made to protrude from the bottom surface 2a of the outer case body 2.
