PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a time until a potential is stabilized by suppressing potential reflection from each terminal caused by potential variation, to improve operation speed, and to stabilize operation. SOLUTION: Resistive elements R1-4 connected to a non-selection potential 1/2 VDD of the word line are connected to terminals of word lines WL1-4, also. Resistive elements R5-8 connected to a non-selection potential 1/2 VDD of the word line are connected to terminals of bit lines BL1-4, and potential reflection from each terminal when potentials of the word lines WL1-4 or the bit lines BL1-4 are varied are suppressed.
