PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide communication equipment for a traveling vehicle capable of notifying a base station of an emergency without performing a special operation by a driver when the emergency occurred. SOLUTION: The movable vehicle 1 configured to be able to communicate with the base station 2 is provided with a measuring means 4 for measuring information on moving, and if a difference between measurement information actually measured on the basis of the measuring means 4 and preset set information exceeds a certain reference value, an abnormality signal is transmitted to the base station 2. Meanwhile, the base station 2 that has received the abnormality signal transmits a confirmation signal to the movable vehicle 1. Furthermore, the driver of the movable vehicle 1 who has received the confirmation signal performs an operation the driver himself/herself to transmit a response signal to the base station 2.
