PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem, for controlling an actual mount heretofore, of the mount being controlled as a conceptual mount without errors, of the mount being required to be manufactured and installed with a shape accuracy satisfying a required accuracy, considerable period and cost being required for the manufacturing, installation and inspection, and accordingly, a technique being required that permits a drive control of antenna, as though it is a conceptual antenna without shape errors, even if the mount has some shape error. SOLUTION: A rotating platform control device has an error conversion part 5, that seeks the shape error for an error mount 20 from the difference between the detected angle data obtained when pointing toward a target of which direction is known with the error mount 20 and the direction data on a known target, and has an instruction conversion part 251 that corrects an instruction value for an ideal mount without errors by the shape error to seek an instruction value for the error mount. An angle instruction value given from an outside is instructed through the instruction conversion part 251, thereby permitting to drive the error mount 20 like a mount without errors.
