PURPOSE: Provided are vending machine and system for controlling opening and closing of door thereof, which don't use a mechanical lock, during the opening and closing of a front door and the door of a safe. CONSTITUTION: A dedicated radio terminal is operated, so as to only have to transmit a personal identification code to a receiving part(112), when an electronic lock(111) is unlocked directly by an operator. A dedicated number A for changing the personal identification code is operated by means of a cellular phone, in order to allow a communication connection to be established between a control center and the cellular phone, when the personal identification code of the electronic lock(111) is changed. The control center permits the communication connection with the cellular phone, to trigger the transmission of the new personal identification code of the electronic lock(111) to a communication control part. Furthermore, a dedicated number B for unlocking the electronic lock(111) is operated by means of the cellular phone, so as to establish the communication connection between the control center and the cellular phone, when the control center undoes the electronic lock(111) via a communication line. The control center permits the communication connection with the cellular phone to trigger the transmission of a command for unlocking the electronic lock(111) to the control part.
